23 & 24 - Gabe and Lilly

Darling Gabe and Lilly will be returning to their Daddy soon.  So their Foster Family and I have created quick scrappy quilts for both of them.  When they leave they will leave with a year and a half of family memories all wrapped up in loving quilts.  And they will be back for plenty of visits, I'm sure.  We love you Gabe.  We love you Lilly!
Gabe's quilt was a scrappy 9-patch with blue sashing

Lilly's Quilt was a scrappy 9-patch with pink sashing
This ought to be an interesting experiment as I attempt to quilt two quilts side-by-side on my long arm. We shall see how this goes! (It's amazing how much sewing and quilting one can complete during a week of "No School" due to snow!)

22 - J.T. & Kristen's KYLIE RAE

indoor close-up (interesting how different the quilt looks in different lighting)

Sure was fun working with soft flannel and quickly making up John & Karlie's 1st GRANDchild's baby quilt.  (good job, Kevin, for helping me find the striped perfect binding fabric)
