Gammill Girl - Get's Going!

The fourteen foot long frame BARELY fit in the 15 passenger Pottervan!  Not even an inch to spare.  The Salt Spring Island ferry ride was such an adventure!  And crossing the Canadian border with this "sewing machine" - really stretched the Customs Agents.  Thank goodness for that one particular agent who's Morman auntie's all had Long Arms; he knew it was a tariff free purchase.  Whew!  That was a nail biter.

Setting the frame and table and machine up was an adventure.  Lots of googling.  And then the challenge of figuring out how to replace the 14 foot broken table.  14 feet!  Wowza.  Oh yeah... another cousin rescue!  Thank you CuzzyBill for getting that challenge solved!  I love, love, love my table, it fits PERFECTLY!
Thanks Kev, for the great "Gammill Girl" name for my blog.  I can't believe I own my very own Long Arm Quilting Machine!  This is going to be such fun!  I'm a little scared, but I'm just going to dig in and see what comes of it.  You are so precious to support me in this hobby of mine!  I love you.
